    I rarely use the pharmacy - thankfully - but every time I have they have been quite brilliant. I needed something quickly, and when I got a call back to say they would let me know when it was in, I didn't realise they meant it would be in that day! It meant time saved for me and a potential problem eradicated. Please never leave Painswick - you are brilliant! Other establishments could learn from your superb customer service.

    The Painswick Pharmacy clearly goes above and beyond to help their customers. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who provide amazing customer service. They really care about their customers and will go out of their way to help them.
