The staff are always helpful and delivery is prompt, however, this pharmacy has to deal with Elgar House Surgery, who fail to send all requests within a sensible time frame. When approached by phone the surgery will offer promises which are sometimes broken. I have every respect for the Pharmacy staff and trust them implicitly and appreciate the service they provide. | ||||||

Lost prescriptions (including controlled drugs), terrible staff, awful attitude towards the customer. Constantly need chasing up to even get your meds. Honestly. Worst pharmacy. Ever. | ||||||

It was great to find a chemist that delivered to the door, but past few times been waiting ages for delivery they blame the driver but its not the driver we found out as when my husband went in to collect in the end after waiting for pain killers, the prescription was not even done yet told me all week was ready & on way, then a delivery of Diabetic testing strips took a week to arrive said awaiting stock for one that is bad with so many diabetic people now this should be well stocked maybe only testing strips but besides the point I am hoping this is a short term plip and will sort itself out otherwise they will lose more & more by reviews like mine | ||||||
