    I am on life dependent medication and the Pharmacy that I’ve been using for many years stopped delivering in this area. I made an arrangement with Rowlands pharmacy Redditch for my monthly prescription which includes certain Controlled drugs and antidepressants. OnTuesday, the 30th April 2023 I contacted this pharmacy after 14 attempts of the phone being engaged and got through to a foreign sounding woman I told her my predicament and that my last delivery which they supplied which is on repeat prescription was on the 20th March. Because of this bank holiday I am now 10 days without my medication and it’s as if they don’t care what will happen to me. I am totally dependent on the Doctors pharmacies as I am severely disabled both mentally and physically. I’ve been treated disgustingly. I am now in a total mess.

    I use this pharmacy to collect my regular prescription. When I go in the staff recognise me and when I get to the counter they usually have my large bag of medicines ready though they do ask me for my personal details. They have also been bery good when I ask for their advice for a particualr problem they ask the right questions and sell me what is best for my condition, not the most expensive item.
