Very long wait - collecting prescription that had been in for over a week and still not completed. So many people working in the pharmacy itself - that obviously didnt know what they were doing. Why the chemist has to shut for an hour 12-1300 is beyond me - with the number of staff surely they can work a rota to enable to shop to stay open. I understand dispensary regs require a Pharmacist to be on site to dispense part 1 and prescriptions but this would give people and opportunity to get normal non regulated items - thus reducing the queue and waiting time. Having worked as a dispenser many years ago for Boots we never closed even when the pharmacists was at lunch!
