I have been to this pharmacy many times for prescriptions and on most occasions the prescriptions were there ready. I am being treated for severe back pain and was prescribed a drug on the 'Controlled' Drugs List. On the first occasion I tried to obtain this drug but they did not have it in the Pharmacy. I complained to my Dr and they gave me a prescription for a double dose of medication to save me waiting all the time for a prescription and that the double dose will last longer thus saving me calling and waiting for prescriptions all the time. I handed this in, waited (again), they said they had not got it in but it will be there on Mon 27 May 2015. I was ill in bed on 27 but went down to collect my prescription on 28th May only to be told it still was not there and the usual, blaming the supplier, contacting them on the telephone. I have been informed it will be in tomorrow 29th. I won't hold my breath! In fact this morning there were 8 people waiting and the 3 people in front of me expressed their concerns of either not getting their prescriptions in time or length of time they waited for them in the pharmacy. What action I will need to take to get service from this Pharmacy. I intend to report this and will inform you of the outcome.
