This pharmacy has got to 1 of the best there is in Bishop Auckland area. The manager Steve and his staff are absolutely brilliant and always have time for any of their customers. At the moment I am in the process of changing chemists and plan on ringing 2 in Bishop Auckland this chemist being 1 of them. I am currently with M & M Chemist in Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland and the service is disgraceful. I tried ringing all day on Monday 13/03/23 to speak with a member of staff only to keep getting a recorded message asking me to use their app - well sorry but an app won't speak back to me. As soon as I have discussed things with each chemist I will be changing over with immediate effect and to be honest I can't wait.

Always excellent service from the staff here they take the time to speak with their customer and nothing seems to be a problem. At the moment I am looking to change chemists as I am with M & M Chemist in Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland and I have to say that the service from them is terrible - there is only 1 lady named Catherine that goes out of her way to help anyone. I will be ringing Steve the manager to speak with him today and the sooner I can get sorted out the better.
