Absolutely disgraceful customer services I received from one new member of staff today. I took this further and complained to the doctors about her I’m taking it further again - absolutely disgusting how she treats people

My daughter was given a prescription for her sister who doesn’t live with us and unknown to us it had been cancelled and she had told the pharmacy that she didn’t want it unfortunately we brought it home without knowing this so it cost me 18pounds I shouldn’t have had to pay as it was unopened apart from that they shouldn’t have been given without permission from the person named on the prescription as apparently they tried to give the prescription to the named person last week and they tried again with success I realise you have a policy and I understand this but you should also have a policy that you don’t give medication to anyone without permission from the person named on prescription unless otherwise agreed as I think that this breaches confidentiality unfortunately I’m appalled by this I’m not asking for my money back I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else
