The pharmacy have looked after both my mum and dad since opening. They are so caring and go above and beyond to sort prescriptions out and to get them delivered. If my dad has been into the chemist they stop to find out how he has been and to chat to him. This has meant so much to my dad . It is very rare to find this standard of service and I cannot thank them enough??

The staff at this pharmacy really are exceptional. They regularly go beyond the call of duty and on the occasions I’ve use them during the pandemic, they’ve been empathetic, professional and friendly.

The Manager was so comforting, sympathetic & understanding when I had trouble obtaining repeat prescription from doctor at Whitehill surgery when we moved to Fairford Leys. Every time we visit all the staff whether Pharmacists or Assistants, they are always happy & delighted to assist or give advice . They are all a credit to Fairford Leys & its community.
