Shambolic. One of the staff members making light of collecting 5 prescriptions. Handed One item then told others ready in 10 minutes. Go back and given three more items except one was missing and if I hadn't opened the bag they would have happily taken the money and not done a thing. Then informed one item can't be given out as no longer available but going to check with other branch. (Is it available or not they don't seem to know what they are doing.) All this whilst boards on display of wear a mask at all times and only 3 members of the public allowed in. As someone living in a household with someone with incurable cancer they need to practise there own policies. | ||||||

I use this pharmacy for repeat prescriptions for myself, my husband and my very elderly mother who has a wide range of healthcare needs. I am in the pharmacy almost every week and there is not usually a long queue or an unacceptable waiting time to be served. The staff are always helpful, friendly and caring and go over and beyond to help my mother if she goes there on her own, calling for a taxi for her or assisting her to the bus. When I have needed to ask for advice rather than go to my GP I have found them professional and knowledgeable and the products they have recommended have helped. They have willingly sourced and ordered products they do not stock. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and neighbours. We are fortunate to have a chemist so near without having to go into town. | ||||||

This is my regular pharmacy and everytime I've been here the staff are so friendly and helpful. Theres no waiting around to be served for ages unlike other pharmacies ive used in the past. Recently there was a medication which was out of stock everywhere but this pharmacy went out of their way to source it for me. Me and my family members get our medicine from here and it's always on time, super efficient service. Would gladly recommend to others ?? | ||||||
