I completely agree with the previous comments. I’ve been using Stearns now for a few years. The staffs are very accommodating polite and friendly. I recently asked if I could have my blood pressure checked not know if they do or not, and I was taken into the room and was tested. Service is excellent. Compare to other chemists/pharmacies they’re so ready to help as soon as you reach the counter. I’m very pleased with Stearns service. Truly the best pharmacy in green lanes.

The customer service here is outstanding & the staff are extremely helpful.If you have a problem with your prescription they will do everything possible to sort it out for you.It is spotlessly clean and excellent social distancing measures are in place.This is by far the best pharmacy in the area & I'm very happy it's my local!

In a city like London it's hard to find a sense of community in healthcare, most of us face struggles with cold service or endless bureaucracy. The staff at Stearn's don't just pay lip service to care, they go above and beyond anything you would hope for. They genuinely care about you as in individual and will always try to help. The girl at reception will hunt for your meds if there's any issues, they listen to your needs, they are so flexible in their approach and professional. Beyond this, I broke my leg in Feb and travel has been a total nightmare, the girl straight away signed me up for home delivery of my meds every week - what an absolute life saver! I would trust these guys for advice and I hope they go from strength to strength. They put the rest to shame, trust me guys - Stearns is the one!
