Spoke to.Ben in customer services on Sunday 11/12/22 He was so helpful. We needed to get about 65 asda gift cards the company I work for Arla for all the drivers for Christmas and he was able to sort this out and painstakingly put each one through the till with gift receipts. He was so cheerful and helpful. Thanks again Ben and thank you asda .

My partner visited the Grimsby branch for his flu injection as he did last year only to be told there is a shortage of the vaccine so they were unable to offer it. As the web sites are stating you are still offering this service we were quite confused & disappointed. Could you please advise what is going on.
He visited the Grimsby branch on Saturday the 02/12/17.

We are sorry that we have run out of flu vaccines for our private service. This is due to unprecedented demand this year, and the manufacturers only make a limited quantity of vaccines many months before the flu season.
We are still able to offer Free NHS Flu Vaccines to eligible patients as we are able to obtain a different brand of vaccine for the NHS service
