Once again they failed to have my prescription ready ,put it in at 9.30 to collect pm. 3.30 told to come back at 5.0 pm. Husband went on Monday expecting his tablet s ,heart probs ,not ready ,but boots deal with it for him. Had to go to to surgery to chase up as he was out of tabs . Not ready on Tuesday pm ,had to go back again . Also boots failed to open at 8.30'as manager late . Not the 1 st time . Either sack lack them all or increase staff . | ||||||
