The travel vaccine nurse is really kind and helpful, big fan of her, but that's it. They are extremely incompetent when it comes to sticking to a schedule and they hold absolutely no regard for their patients time. 3 appointments later and they were 20-30 minutes late to each appointment. I have to take the time off work and travel very far to get here, so it's incredibly frustrating to have to wait 30 minutes each time and then get in trouble for missing more time off work. As I said, the nurse is really nice but they seriously need to start taking care of their diary and sticking to designated time slots. It's seriously unfair to make your paying customers wait 30 minutes every appointment.
