This place is a complete joke dont bother going ! Apparently it opens at 8:30 try again well after 0900 this morning not the first time this has happened. Then only to find they still haven't got my tablets in. This happens all the time and not only to me | ||||||

Just wanted to take the time out, to say Thankyou to the new Pharmacy team at Well Stapenhill.
It’s no secret there have been issues over the last few months, but I have visited this pharmacy three times in the last few weeks and have noticed a considerable improvement.
On one visit the team were extremely helpful in obtaining my daughters prescription on short notice and getting the preferred brand as she has severe allergy to other brands. A big Thankyou, it was very much appreciated. And keep up the good work. ! | ||||||

Customer service zero, on messing up the date to collect my husbands medication, was told will be another two days to get, when I explained he will have ran out by then and I can't get from else where as was a Saturday they asked me to collect and the surgery not open. The member of staff actually told me, oh well the medication he's on isn't life threatening so will be OK to miss. | ||||||
