Brilliant service and very friendly staff, would recommend to anyone for children’s or any other vaccination service.

Staff at the travel clinic and pharmacy are very helpful and professional. The price of the Yellow Fever vaccine was competitive and the staff giving it was knowledgeable with great communication skills. Both my son and I felt safe and cared for; I will definitely use this service again.

I attended the clinic without an appointment. This was for me and my three children to have yellow fever vaccinations and to buy malaria tablets. I was seen by a pharmacist who was not phased my my chatty and apprehensive kids and a strong willed 18 month baby. Everything was explained to me and the kids. I was advised that yellow fever provided life long cover, so that I would not require the vaccination again, if I could find my certificate. I went home and found my yellow fever certificate. This saved me £65. My 8 year old, who had a previous bad experience when receiving a typhoid injection was treated with care and patience, as a result he nearly didn’t feel a thing when having his injection. We were very impressed with the pharmacist’s skill. We returned the following day as We could not give my 18 month old an injection as she was unwell when we previously attended. We saw another pharmacist who was just as friendly and caring as the previous one. He gave my 10 year old and the 18 month old their yellow fever injections and was so gentle. The children all left their appointments laughing. What I appreciated the most was - that even though we were late for our appointment on the second day, staff were gracious and polite. A lovely experience, for something not so nice - injections!
