Very impressed with service. Had a lot of issues at Lloyd's by PennManor, with waiting times etc., My medication is being delivered at home as soon as prescription is received by them without me requesting this service. I agree pharmacist have heads down but than they have to concentrate on job they are doing, they can not afford to make a mistake because of distraction. | ||||||

After listening to Pharmacist talking to the assistant about having been in since 8am, wiping down surfaces and making up prescriptions for ‘druggies’, I asked the assistant if I could speak to the Pharmacist for advice. I was told the Pharmacist was very busy (no one else in shop or waiting) she asked if she could help. She then had to take my current medication along with one she had selected from the shelf to ask if it was safe for me to use. At no time did the Pharmacist acknowledge me or even look in my direction despite being only one metre away. What an unprofessional and totally disappointing experience I had. I will not be returning. | ||||||
