    I was diagnosed with GCA in January 2014. More research is now being undertaken but at that time information available was very limited. The owner of the Pharmacy gave me a deeper understanding of my condition as well as explaining the effects of the large amount of steroids I needed to take. The ongoing support each time I visited the chemist was invaluable and indeed helped me through this difficult period in my life. The pharmacist also researched and introduced me to the nearest support group. I am very grateful for the help received.
