I have been using Aldermans Pharmacy for nearly 15 years and in that time I have found them the epitome of proffetionalism. But what happened today truly epitomised what I can only say happens very rarely today so when it does happen it should be recognised and praised. Having arrived to the pharmacy from my GP appointment with my prescription I was told by one of the junior pharmacists that one of the medicines was not in stock, I was told I could take what was available and I could wait for the other, having voiced my concern that I could not as one medication was to be taken in conjunction with the other, the pharmacist immediately spoke to the head pharmacist, who immediately started phoning nearby pharmacies if they had what I required in stock. Having found the medication the pharmacist himself went out into the bitterly cold night to obtain it for me and returned swiftly so I could go home and start my treatment. The pharmacist should be commended for going that extra mile and for running a truly professional and personal pharmacy that thankfully me I have in my neighbourhood.

Great, trustworthy advice. Nothing is too much trouble. It is difficult to find a more professional service anywhere.
