Yesterday I bought 3 items in Rowlands. Some vit c..multi vitamins and another product. when I got home I found the vit c tablets seal inside was broken and indeed two were missing..I took them back to the pharmacy this morning and explained to the assistant, who told me that I had probably done it mysrlf and they dont give refunds, but I dont want a refund I want vit C tablets. I asked for manager but they were away for annual leave. I then bought another tub but got them to check it for me. Not very good customer service to be accused in this way.
