They are brilliant. We moved to Oxford a year ago and have been so impressed by the service from Woodlands. We pop in, or phone, with our prescription request - this is something we’ve never experienced elsewhere - and often within 24 hours the medicine is through the letterbox. When we do call in they are so friendly and efficient. We can’t recommend them too highly. And we do buy our other pharmacy supplies there whenever possible. These small local pharmacies need all our support.

I had no idea you could still get this kind of friendly and efficient service! Having been recommended to Woodlands, I called in and expected - well, not a lot. My previous pharmacy requested 10 days' notice for repeat prescriptions, but with the kind of brain loss I have, following a stroke, I never got the hang of it, and usually ran out of my medication.. Enter Woodlands! I called in on Tuesday, gave name, address, details of prescriptions required and name of GP practice. I got home and waited on the phone for half an hour to inform them that I had changed pharmacy and by the time I got through, the chemist had already telephoned the practice and put everything in order. Medication delivered to my door yesterday (Wednesday). Thank you, Woodlands!
