Boots should deploy assistants to the medicines counter, who can speak and understand English properly! I queued for at least ten minutes to request a non prescription medicine, only for the assistant not to understand clear English, and hence not provide the medication that I required. I had to go to Lloyds in order to buy it, as their staff presented no language barriers!! | ||||||
