Went in today to enquire about my prescription which was sent from my gp surgery 12/11/22 as hadn't heard when ready for collection, was told by assistant it hadn't even been dispensed & would take 30 minutes as pharmacist on break & very busy so probably better to come back tomorrow! Asked why it hadn't even been dispensed & was told he was 3 weeks behind with prescriptions! What sort of service is this, luckily I have enough medication for rest of the week, but medicines I require are needed daily and mustn't be missed, why is service so bad, they didn't even seem bothered about the seriousness of it so blase! Other customers stood there told same thing & some said it's been like this for weeks! Needs to be sorted asap

Went in today to pick up a repeat prescription, waited as normal for a longer than necessary time as the prescription was requested 2 days previous, it should in my opinion already have been prepared. The member of staff then asked for my exemption medical card and whilst writing number on prescription they proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be long before we had to that. Why, I asked, they then replied, Because we don't have to do it when your 60! I am only 54, this was announced in front of other customers, not that I am embarrassed about my age but surely that is not the actions of a so called professional!
