I went to pick up my repeat prescription tonight from Lloyds Pharmacy on Morrill Street. Only to find my doctors hadn't sent my script. So instead of fobbing me off and saying come back tomorrow. The lady serving me. Got on the phone to my doctors practice and made them resend it, there and then. So I could wait for it to be put together and take my script home tonight. Bear in mind we were close to the pharmacy closing for the day. It was by far easier for her to just say come back tomorrow but she never. I just want the pharmacy and staff to know how much this was appreciated. People quickly jump on the band wagon to criticise but rarely say nice things, when people go the extra yard. So Thank you.
