Very friendly and efficient staff in here. I have had some problems with my prescriptions turning up on time from my surgery and they are always willing to speed the process up and offer emergency tablets. Five stars to them all. Roger Durrant

We have always had good service from Panchem which we use regularlyin order to collect a prescription or to buy other items. The pharmacist is very efficient, polite and caring towards customers.He was very thoughtful during the frequent periods of illness of an elderly neighbour and telephoned the doctor's surgery to make sure her medication was correctly prescribed and available.The other members of staff are very polite and efficient. There is a good range of items available to buy other than those from the pharmacy counter.
