SOMETIME AGO WENT TO THIS DISGUSTING FILTHY COCKROACH CRAWLING PLACE GOT ACCUSED OF BEEN RACIST BY PHARMACY ON A SATURDAY BECAUSE ON PHONE LANGUAGE ISSUE SO WENT TO PICK PRESCRIPTION UP THEN THAT WAS IT GET TALKED DOWN TO GET CALLED A RACIST. FROM THAT POINT. OK AS YOU ARE AWARE PHARMACIST DARK SKINNED, BUT BOOTS ARE WELL TRAINED IN BEEN BIAS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS ON THESE KIND OF COMPLAINTS WHY YOU ASK BOOTS MANAGER DARK SKINNED, CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF DARK SKINNED, BOOTS STATE THEY WONT GIVE AN APOLOGY. LETS SAY A PHARMACIST AND ONE FEMALE MEMBER OF STAFF ON THIS DAY AND FEMALE STATES A I WAS RAISING MY VOICE SHE SHOWED ONE THING THAT SHE WAS A COWARD TO SPEAK THE TRUTH REGARDING HER RUDE STAFF MEMBER I USE TO THINK THAT OLD GRANNIES THAT GAD A BLUE RINSE WAS RESPECTABLE OBVIOUSLY NOT.

Terrible service from pharmacist on 19th march 2022 Spoke on phone to see if prescription done for Michael Knowles he could not find details on computer asked if I could speak to someone English. Staff found details with no issue. Went to pick up medication and got told by pharmacist that I was racist in an AGGRESSIVE manner when asked him why he thought that his lousy response was because I asked to speak to some one English ok when you spell out person's name and they can not find details on computer and you ask for someone English this does not mean you are racist it's a breakdown in communication. There is no law saying what I requested is against the law let alone been racist but the pharmacist had an attitude and should not be dealing with customers he was racist to.me specially with an attitude and to think I was racist.
