If unsure of anything medical always ask staff. They will help. I have used them now for about 2 years and I have never been let down. I get a text message when they are ready for pick-up so does my wife.

my husband came in boots north rd to pick my prescription up on the 27th Oct 2014 they told my husband the surgery Epping Close gt Clacton had not faxed the prescription because it had not been signed by a Dr he went back to Boots the next day they still had not received it no tablets once again I then phoned Epping Close surgery and I was told the fax was sent 13th Oct who was at fault? | ||||||
