Came for help with excruciating pain and infection from breastfeeding my newborn which was so bad I was struggling to feed. Pharmacist wouldn't see me and the assistant was no help and not remotely emphatic or sensitive. So I'll take my baby to the Covid overrun NHS whilst she's hungry and I'm bleeding or wait 6 hours for 111?. Use your pharmacist they say. Don't overuse your GP or A and E they say... Useless.
