Charlotte is so helpful and considerate and she is prepared to go the extra mile with a can do attitude. Her knowledge and expertise is a big plus for Boots in Alton. A shining example for other staff to follow.

Can’t get through to pharmacy,Phone cuts off after 1mins and you have to re dial.Change your pharmacy to Alton Pharmacy or Anstey Road pharmacy.They always answer their phones and help you with any queries you might have. I have just spoken to head office complaints.Spoke to a very helpful man who has no idea why this happens.He will call them on my behalf as I can’t get through. I wonder if he will be able to!!
