Unhelpful and rude. When I asked a question about about a prescription I was answered with shortness and frustration as if I was bothering the staff. I will be using another pharmacy from now on purely from distaste at the customer service.

My comments reflect many others. After the lovely Hibbe left, she couldn’t do enough for everybody. Since those halcyon days we had a steady succession of surly and rude assistants and a very much delayed service. Even our Surgery has become aware of the poor response. This week my wife went to collect a prescription, which had been over a week, they couldn’t locate it so the Pharmacist wrote out another one, there and then,in embarrassment! High time Lloyds got its act together. When Mrs Green owned this business, the personal service was “par excellence”! Private ownership had a place. Huge monolithic companies, and lloyds is one such company, they have completely taken over every pharmacy, including most if not all hospitals too! Lloyds get your act together, otherwise complacency will be your downfal!
