    We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.

    As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

    Have been using this chemist for 4+ yes. The service is excellent and the staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. My prescriptions when done online, are always ready for collection. If I've been to see the gp and it's been sent direct, only a short wait until it is prepared. Excellent service, and, appreciate being looked after. Even organise delivery if not up to calling in myself

    Pharmacist friendly and helpful. Counter staff rude and extremely unhelpful. Severall mix ups with medication.

    The staff are very friendly and very helpfully. Everything's done as quickly as possible. The repeat script service is spot on. Thank you everyone at Well Langley Park.
