Time and time again, whenever I go to collect my medication it is not ready for me. When I ask why, one the excuses I am given is 'staff shortages' ...an excuse that wears thin after a while. Trying to contact the pharmacy by telephone is, to say the least, 'frustrating ' . I have now changed pharmacies and the initial experience when collecting my meds was such a pleasant difference. Please be assured that we take this feedback very seriously, customer service is paramount to us at Well, so it is really disappointing to hear of the decline in this at the Pharmacy. The Regional Manager has already been informed of your comments and will follow this up with the branch. I will ensure that they address that due to this you have had no other option than to get your prescription elsewhere, causing you further inconvenience. I telephoned the Sherwood Avenue branch in Newark to order a repeat prescription but the phone just kept ringing until someone picked it up and then immediately hung up. I tried three time and each time the same thing happened. I then telephoned the head office in Manchester but the phone just kept rining until the line cut off. This represents an appaling and ill mannered level of service (dis-service). Truly unacceptable ! |
