Time and time again, whenever I go to collect my medication it is not ready for me. When I ask why, one the excuses I am given is 'staff shortages' ...an excuse that wears thin after a while. Trying to contact the pharmacy by telephone is, to say the least, 'frustrating ' . I have now changed pharmacies and the initial experience when collecting my meds was such a pleasant difference. I telephoned the Sherwood Avenue branch in Newark to order a repeat prescription but the phone just kept ringing until someone picked it up and then immediately hung up. I tried three time and each time the same thing happened. I then telephoned the head office in Manchester but the phone just kept rining until the line cut off. This represents an appaling and ill mannered level of service (dis-service). Truly unacceptable ! | ||||||
