The Pharmacists are lovely and i know them by name but some of the Staff can be very rude and make you feel small in front of other customers.If they have a problem, rather then raiseing your voice for all to hear at least be a bit more private.The Chemist shuts at 6pm but if you arrive 5 mins before shutting time then you get moaned at,it closes at 6 there fore you still have to be of service and polite to your customers even if they come in 2 mins before closeing,your shift ends at 6 or when customer leaves shop its part of good customer service but unfortunatly a couple of the staff do not have this basic quality as soon as it nearly 6 they are ready to go and till cashed up.Alot of people work or have other things going on so they may come in just before shop closes as its convinient for them and it should be for the Staff but is clearly not in some cases.If they want a job that finishes at 5.30 then they should go find one as they defo wont be missed.I will be making a formal complaint and asking that they are trained in how to discuss problems with customers in private as one day the person they shout at may be haveing a hard time at home or with mental health and just by being rude to them could send them over the edge. Always be kind,polite and patient!

Having moved to the area recently I chose the Chase Pharmacy to dispense my regular medication. I live locally and I'm registered with the adjoining surgery so thought all would be great. However on numerous occasions I have dealt with a rude member of staff who clearly has no customer service skills. Also my prescriptions have been either incomplete or they deny all knowledge that they have ever received the prescription from myself. I am now forced to use a different pharmacy miles away from where I live and feel that this is completely unacceptable.
