DISGUSTING SERVICE ALL ROUND...THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONES EVER,MANY ELDERLY ETC ARE GOING WITHOUT THEIR MEDS DUE TO YOU NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES, THERE ARE USUALLY 4 TO 6 PEOPLE THERE WORKING AT ANY TIME SO WHY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, YOU ARE PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK, ELDERLY UNABLE TO WALK OR HAVE TRANSPORT CANNOT KEEP COMING TO YOU TO ORDER THEIR MEDS, SORT YOUR SELVES OUT
