Witnessing a junior member of staff burst into tears because of a senior lady supervisor person who utterly declined to assist her after she over charged me. I had to walk out of the shop with no refund just to save the young lady from the shame, bullying and lack of support I witnessed,The young lady cried in front of customers I am very disappointed and my refund is not worthy the terrible service and disrespect from this supervisor towards me and worse towards their own inexperienced member of Staff.She did not even bother to refund me at all and their inexperienced staff left unsupported when she was clearly incapable of manning the till.Boots New George Street is not for the felt hearted.
