Visited to collect my prescription, during published opening hours and the pharmacy was randomly closed. No information on the door about whether it was just closed for a long lunch, or just closed. Staff working inside completely ignored me, even though they could see me and failed to pick up the phone, when I called from outside to ask when they would be reopening….seriously, what type of customer service is this?

Had to queue for nearly 2 hours. They had no antibiotics,ramipril,omeprazole plus many more!
