I had 2 items on my prescription and instead of finding out whether both could be dispensed they supplied 1 item and now I have to obtain another prescription for the item they could not get. What a pest. It would have been better to give the prescription back so I could try elsewhere.

After quite a few bad experiences at this chemist I have taken the decision to get my prescriptions elsewhere due to the absolute lack of customer service here. The staff take a lazy approach with their customers and after visiting 3 times this week they have still not sorted my prescription and I am still left without. The staff are rude with the exception of one who works on the reception. I have been given the wrong prescription before and also given the wrong amount, a very chaotic place where no one seems to know really what they are doing and are more interested in gossiping with other staff members which I have witnessed before. It says something when you rather drive further a field to collect a prescription than walk a few steps because of the inadequate service you receive there.
