Unsure who I’ve just spoken to at the branch but whoever it was had clearly got out the wrong side of the bed , 4 times I told her my name and she still got it wrong I got my question answered abruptly and disgruntled I said thank you and phone was slammed down not even a good bye , disappointing is an understatement manners cost nothing may need to change my chemist for my prescriptions
