Words can't express how amazing and helpful you have been over the years getting me through the hardest days of my life, always there to give an advice do professional and friendly in every way, more than a pharmacy a part of the Cookham Village Family. What a delight to find this little gem of a place in Cookham. I don’t live in the area but had to visit to get a prescription for my dad. I was welcomed by both members of staff who were at the counter and then one sorted out my request. We had a friendly chat and within minutes l felt as if I’d been going there for years. The service was so quick and efficient compared to the one in my area that I was really amazed. On the second visit, I was recognised from a couple of days ago and again welcomed by staff. They sent their best wishes to Dad who’s been going there for years. I also wanted to get home a different way as to avoid the event on Cookham moor so the member of staff kindly spent time to explain exactly how to get back home another way. At a time when l was feeling rather frantic the staff were absolutely brilliant. Many thanks.
