Having requested a repeat prescription I was told I would receive it within 3 working days. When calling the pharmacy they were unable to say why I had not received them and asked me to call the surgery myself. This pharmacy do not deserve the business - They want the profits but treat customers with impunity and are incapable or unwilling to give patients the efficiency they deserve.
They have a duty of care to keep patients informed of any difficulties with prescriptions but are reluctant to do so.
I would be reluctant to recommend this pharmacy despite the convenience of it being on Accrington Pal's premises.
They are very reluctant to deal with complaints in an effective manner.
The actual delivery driver(s) are the only staff worthy of any praise but obviously cannot be held responsible for the inefficiency of the pharmacy itself. | ||||||

I've been using this pharmacy ever since it opened. It's very convenient as my doctor's practice is in the same building.
I've always found the staff to be pleasant,courteous and helpful.
