The staff and work experience students are friendly and helpful and even they provide me with medicines information. However a few weeks ago i was embarrassed to hear the pharmacist shout my medicines out in the back! I don't care if they discuss my medicines but I could hear it in the shop! Generally the staff are excellent. When I rang up to complain about this I asked for more discretion. I wouldn't want to mention this to the pharmacist so I asked them just to make a note on my patient record. They did and apologised on the pharmacists behalf and behaved very courteously despite it not being their error. I am a frequent user so I am pleased always with the service. Busy or quiet they ensure that you are well looked after which is kind of them. I'd expect a fully qualified professional to have more manners than their staff !!
