1)They are always short staffed. 2) There is always a very long queue. 3) when you are served, they are very slow 4) 3 times now they have given my husband someone else's prescription - they have the same name but are not checking the address properly. 5) yesterday, they insisted my husband had already collected his prescriptions when he hadn't. I suspect his prescription was given to the other patient with the same name. This is a serious breach of patient confidentiality. BE VERY CAREFUL. | ||||||

This pharmacy is brilliant staff so helpful friendly go extra mile if needed will ring a surgery chase up your prescription if they have not got it. Never had a issue with them ever. Unlike other local pharmaceutical locations in the town. You need help advice ask it's never too much trouble and they give handy tips for medication taking | ||||||
