One grumpy member of staff lets this place down. I've been using the place since I was a kid - it's the chemists I've always been to, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. There's one Lady who serves behind the counter though who I hate being served by - she's about as friendly and dynamic as a sloth in a bad mood, and seemingly is allowed to be this way by all the other staff. Given that some customers aren't in the best of health, what I've seen of this Lady being extremely rude and surly to them just makes a bad situation that little bit worse. Plus it's needless - she only has to follow the example of her colleagues and she'd be giving great customer service. Please send this Lady on some much needed customer service training, or give her another job away from the counter - she's dragging this business down. I can also concur with an earlier review that this has been the situation for years.
