Never answer phone. Been phoneing for months, almost every day. Thay Never renew my monthly perceptions. My medications are important & life saving.

This 'pharmacy' has been providing prescriptions for 4 years. It is my closest pharmacy, however, the service is abysmal. I've had repeated problems with repeat prescriptions. The telephone service is virtually non existent (I have evidence of calling multiple times a day to hear the phone ringing but no one answers). This is from a man who has limited mobility so can't just 'pop in'! I was waiting for a prescription the other day to be told they were closing for lunch! Again, limited mobility! Why not operate staggered lunch breaks?(there were 4 staff on). My only option now is to change supplier(this outlet is NOT fit for purpose). Is the aim not to supply a service to the community?
