I sent a repeat prescription which they received 31 Aug, for a tube of ointment. Went in a week later and was told it was due in that afternoon. Went in today, 11 September and was still not in. Good job it wasn’t life saving! Gave me the prescription back and told me to try elsewhere. I said I would get all my prescriptions done elsewhere. Have changed to another chemist. They can’t be any worse than Cohens in Hume st, Kidderminster. From Gloria Williams

My Daughter worked for cohens got bullied by the pharmacist and the supervisor to the point where she had to go on sick leave on reporting serious incidents of what was happening behind the counter with medication nothing was done all brushed under the carpet the supervisor should have been sacked for her behaviour and the pharmacist was no better

Sat on my prescription for 2 days before request from doctors then still had to wait a week then they make you pick it up at rush hour plus its never open at weekends. This has been going on for a few years finally had enough and moved my repeat prescription elsewhere.
