Never had such dreadful customer service in my life. I have heard people moan about prescriptions not being ready for 2wks or wrong but it is the staff that need to get a wiggle on. I was completely ignored while i waited to be served, no eye contact, no greeting, no apology, the queue growing behind me, everyone being blanked. The staff here need to learn what customer service is, just have some manners ffs.

This pharmacy is rubbish they never have prescriptions ready when you go in, you need to collect a one off script and they offer you your monthly meds which shouldn’t be ready for at least 2 weeks, Mr Wongs people skills are zero, they say they don’t have enough staff but how is that a customers problem, they are slow the que to get anything is always horrendous. There are only about 2 members of staff who seem to have any idea of what they are doing.

I went to Wivenhoe pharmacy last week and was barked at by one of the counter staff to “get out of this shop, only two people allowed inside at one time, so out!!!” I think perhaps customer service needs to be looked at !!!!!
