I have tried for nearly 11hours to get through on the phone to see if my daughters prescription (overdue)is there,all I get is answer machine saying I'm in a queue then told the pharmacy voicemail is full then cut off.There is no contact email address or other phone number to call.SO FRUSTRATING AND UNNECESSARY, HOW HARD IS IT TO PICK UP THE PHONE? I am disgusted and moreover my daughter needs vital psychotropic medication and controlled drugs urgently.we have no car and not only do I have to arrange for someone to stay with her while I'm collecting her medication. I cant afford any unnecessary taxi fares there and back either or I'd travel to the chemist but all I want is to confirm that they have all of her vitally important medication especially that its the correct medication there ready before I go to collect them...is that too much to ask of the pharmacy considering that is its entire purpose? | ||||||

I’d love to speak to someone. I got transferred to you from spine today, I’ve moved into Canter Meadows in Clacton. I’m desperate for my co dydamol pain relief and Rowlands had script since 11th Nov The caters here are super and suggested you as my new chemist. I know you have the script of items on my drug list but it is pain relief I desperately need. I’m disabled and no longer drive’. Old Road doc has sent two additional items as supplement.
