I visited this morning after calling the telephone number 4 times and receiving no reply. There was only one trainee on duty, overseeing both the pharmacy and the retail tills. My monthly prescription is 16 days overdue and still not available, leaving me without Clopidogrel and Losartan. On calling my GP, I established that Boots had not yet placed the monthly request for my prescription! Do not endanger your health by using this pharmacy - they are unfit for purpose Original Comment Report...
