I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to Stotfold in 2005. Previous ownership made for a pretty unpleasant experience. Always quite rude and whilst knowledgable I always felt like I was putting them to a lot of trouble and never far away from being told off! The covid BS they implemented was totally over the top and woe betide anyone who dared to question they operation. The new owners are like a breath of fresh air. They truly do care and I witnessed them being extremely helpful to other customers in a very personable way - nothing is too much bother. Personally I am delighted with the new ownership and the removal of the ridiculous covid measures that remained in place for far too long!
