    I have been trying all day to speak to someone at the Boots pharmacy High Street Sheffield. After numerous phone calls and being left on hold for ages, I have still not spoken to anyone about releasing my prescription to the cloud so that I can collect from another pharmacy that has my item in stock. Terrible customer service. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE. Need to take my medication tomorrow and cannot now get it from another pharmacy as this branch of Boots does not have it in stock. I appreciate you may be busy but surely someone could answer the phone. Very disappointed with the service here.
