I have had numerous negative experiences of this Pharmacy regarding confusion over prescription changes and having too chase things up. It seems too me that there is little communication between the local GP service and this pharmacy as time and again regular prescriptions are either not correct or haven't been updated. The staff seem to be in a state of total ignorance when asked even the simplest of questions that I now anticipate a problem where non should exist. The latest problem when on asking for an emergency supply of a life preserving drug that I had run out of due to an oversight was then told I would have to pay for what is a few days supply of one particular drug. I would add that I order on a regular basis from this Chemist and am exempt from payment. When I asked why I was being asked to pay was told it was at the discretion of the Pharmacist!?.
